Termite Treatment & Repair

We understand that termite problems are often unexpected and need to be taken care of right away. Our company also understands that they are a concern to the safety and well-being of you and those around you, as well as your property and grounds. It's our goal to help you address these concerns as soon as possible.

We have a vested interest in providing a cost-effective solution for your termite problems. We will provide treatments to best meet your specific needs, including:

Boundary and Perimeter Treatments

We apply a long lasting residual insecticide to the exterior of your home, concentrating on the entry points for insects into your home.

Interior Treatments

Interior areas are inspected and treated specifically for the pests present in your home. A combination of residual insecticides, or alternative methods including infestation removal by replacement of structural members may be used based on your concerns and particular pests.

Residual Treatments

We can apply a long lasting residual insecticide to your yard. These insecticides are safe for use around people and pets.

If your home has areas of infestation that extend into areas that cannot be possibly reached for treatment, we may recommend a complete Termite fumigation.

The fumigation process usually takes approximately 24 to 48 hours. Your professional fumigator tents your home with large tarps, prepares the interior, seals the tarps, and releases a warning agent (chloropicrin) into the structure. Then, your fumigator introduces Vikane through a special hose attached to a fumigant cylinder located outside your home.

Contained in the structure for a predetermined time, the fumigant penetrates deep into wood to eliminate drywood termites. After the fumigation is complete, your fumigator aerates and certifies the fumigant from your home, allowing you and your family to re-enter.

Long-term Prevention

After our initial treatment, we can help control the long-term risk of termite problems as well. Proper professional evaluation yields a strategic plan that can control pests indefinitely. Intense preliminary treatment is often followed by ongoing service customized for the property, or at least by an annual inspection.

When termites or fungus damage portions of your structure, sometimes replacement of these materials is necessary. We have the experience and skill to perform proper repairs so you don’t have to worry!
